Very busy this afternoon, but only had to wait in line for about 5-10 minutes. My checkout person was lovely. Had a 30 per cent coupon. Towels and rugs for the new construction.
This is my favorite Kohl's store. Never had an issue with any return and selection is great. Store is always kept as organized as one can be with that much foot traffic. Keep up the good work!
It was great... very busy in the store, but service was fast n friendly. I saved 120$ that's always nice! Merry christmas
My go to store for most clothing items when I'm in need of casual clothes. The only thing that drives me nut is that this store tends to jam pack the clothes together which makes it hard to look through the racks.
TERRI V. at the customer service counter "Is A SUPERSTAR" !!! OK walked in Xmas EVE at 10:30 and I had justed placed an online order for pick up at the store. Had to be to work like in 30 minutes. She stopped what she was doing called the person pulling the orders and had me out in 20 Minutes. She even called my cell number twice to keep me updated. All I can say is WOW!! She was my Angel today!!
