Spent a few hours today driving around Grand Rapids looking for a certain item....no luck...
Trying to get assistance on this store is next to impossible. And then when you do snag someone, they give you erroneous information. It's worth it to drive across town to Lowe's. They have adequate and knowledgeable staffing.

Stopped by your store....found a item that I was going to just settle on....close enough....and I just wanted to get home.
Alexa asked if I found what I needed...I said not really....but this was close enough. She said "let me check to see this is the only kind we carry." She then proceeded to pull out what a I think was her own cell phone and said..."I think we're in luck...looks like in isle 15 we have a different style". I thanked her and headed to isle 15....way at the end in a little box was exactly what I was looking for! I was heading back to Alexa...and there she was! Coming to check on me to make sure I found what I needed!! I gave her a hug....
I usually have a decent experience but today my husband and I went in to get a door for our nursery and we waited about 15 minutes for someone to help us and the woman that did couldn't because, even though they said the door we wanted was in stock, she couldn't find it so she went to find someone else. Then we waited another half an hour for that person to tell us the door we wanted wasn't in stock. So someone in inventory messed up and wasted a lot of our time and i was very unhappy with the customer service.
Her help meant the world to me....
