My favorite BWW in Grand Rapids. Newly designed bar area is very cool, and during the warm months they have a nice outside sitting place. If they are late with lunch, they don't put up a fuss and just bring you your free lunch coupon.
Same ole franchise. Food is good, atmosphere is good, everything is good. But not great or outstanding.
The food here is usually very good. However, I've always been less than impressed with the staff. They're rather forgetful and do not ensure the orders are correct prior to bringing the food out. There's always a long wait on the food as well. It's a very loud atmosphere which does make it a little hard to enjoy the company of those around you.
til I asked her if she wanted to see the time on my receipt then she didn't have anything to say. Nor did she care the kitchen burnt the food. Just played on her tablet. Lazy. Worst service ever here tonight.
Just waited a half hour for take out and they weren't busy. And always have to ask for extra wet wings now cause they skimp out on the sauce. Half the order was burnt. Tried to call and the number that's on the receipt is out of service . Then Leah V. one of the managers tried to tell me my order was only 15 minutes
Service is hit or miss. Dine in is better than carry out. We never leave without checking our bag and receipt first. Food is usually good and it's the closest one to where we live, otherwise we'd go elsewhere.
