Great service and price to fix my broken garage door
I used West Michigan Door for the purchase and installation of my garage door when I built my house about a year and a half ago. The garage door unit stopped working a couple of months after my one year warranty expired. They still came out attempted to fix it & when that didn't work, they replaced the unit at no charge. They were under no obligation to do so, but honored the warranty due to the fact that this shouldn't happen to a unit this new. I would highly recommend West Michigan Door, they exceeded my expectations from a customer service standpoint.
