Our car broke down otw there and when we called because it was getting late and they close at 10 they let us order the food ahead and didn't rush us into leaving right at 10...It was my son's birthday and I'm grateful they were so kind about the whole thing. I do wish they stayed open a little later on Friday and Saturday's but it is a great place to spend time with family

I had never been to one of these before - I was pleasantly surprised. The place was spotless, all the games worked and were very clean, the staff was super helpful and organized - food was surprisingly good too. It was really nice to have games and activities for my 2 & 3 year old as well, which I was not expecting. Even the check in/out system they have for kid safety was wonderful and unexpected. I was sort of dreading going there, but I would definitely go back based on my experience this time around.
After not visiting this store for several years, We decided to take our little grandkids here today. The grandkids are four to eleven years old, I believe this is the perfect demographic for this store.
The crew was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, well maintained and relatively comfortable. The pizza was surprisingly good including the gluten free option.
Today was our first time coming to this location & I wasn't all that satisfied. First their kiosk weren't working to check balances, add money or register cards. Then I found out I couldn't use my remaining balance on the cards from another Chuck E. Cheese location. (If I had coins I would be able to use them at any location). Other than that this location is nice and spacious, with lots to do. We will try this location and hopefully it will be a better experience.
My rating reflects the demographic and the fact that our grandkids had a really great time, but the number of game choices keeps me from rating it a 5.
