They need to clean under there beds. Found old food and lots of bust. There houses keeping team needs to be a little more matchless when flipping a room.
They gave me a hard time about washing our bedding we booked for a week my child urinated in her sleep. They further gave me an attitude for asking for my bedding back and refused us blankets. The needs are disgusting and lopsided. The place is falling apart and the tv in the room barely works and is 35 years old. I've had allergy issues since checking in and overall i wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. If i could rate it a zero i would. For 300 a week i feel i got ripped off. There are also roaches in the so called breakfast area. Buyer beware better off paying more and going to a proper place.
Had a generally decent stay. Was woken up very rudely by management but other than that had a good night unbothered by anybody. Was helped by being given a couple household items I needed by the employee at the front desk.
Dirty, disgusting, bugs on the bed, sheets were dirty, hairs, dirt, etc....
If you must stay here, please make sure to have shower shoes!!!!
No. Just no. Don't do it. It's better to stay out in a tent if you have no other option. Or stay in your vehicle. Hell, even a park bench would do. First, the room was filthy right upon check in. Then, we left and were assured that our room would NOT be opened since my dog was in there. Not two hours later, a phone call comes that dog escaped after someone opened the door. Not only did we have to rush back from almost 100 miles away, but they then called and told us to hurry and get our dog or they are calling animal control. We got back and had to search for over and hour before getting our dog back (safe aside for some road burn on his feet). We immedialty checked out and they refused a refund because THEY were inconvenienced. Really?! They were? How about the guest whose dog you lost?! To make matters worse, even though the staff member admitted the door was opened by a person, the manager all of a sudden made up lies saying our "hundred pound dog opened it himself" and that there was a guest witness who just happened to be parked outside the room. For one thing, my dog is not even 50 pounds (which the manager would have known if he had really been close to catching him like he said he was), the door was securely locked and opened inward. I mean, I'll be the first to say my dog is smart, but he's no damn Houdini! And funny how this witness they said they had never appeared until a week after the fact. Horrible people with staff or manager that went into a room after EXPLICITLY being told not to. Either they were being nosey or seeing if there was something to steal. Either way, my dog is lucky to be alive and they are at fault that he was ever in danger in the first place.
