Online reservation was quick and easy. Check-in was less than 5 minutes at 9pm in the evening. Room was average in repair. Towels and bed were clean. Bathroom toilet paper was almost gone and there was a big crack in the wall next to the TV. The next morning the continental breakfast was closed before 10am as advertised. All the food was already put away by 9:50 am. There was no one that spoke to me and asked me if I wanted breakfast items. The person cleaning up just smiled with earphones in her ears ( I think she was having a personal phone conversation). The front desk was empty. Checkout was under the door upon leaving.
We had to change our room due to a strong marijuana smell in the room. Another family with us had clumps of hair in their bed! We stayed two nights... the second day only half our room was cleaned and only one bed was made. Maybe they were in a hurry but definitely something they need to improve on.
It was an ok stay, I work at a hotel in Ohio and our check out is 12 which I feel like is a good check out time. We didn't get in till very late and still had to check out at 11. Breakfast was just ok. Shower didn't drain good and the rooms are so small and we had a room with two beds and we were all still bumping into each other, the set up of the room was not very well thought out. But I also work for a hotel so I expect other hotels to be at the same level of greatness as ours considering how high standard corporates are. Just blew my mind how a hotel not as good as ours is more expensive. It's all about location though I guess.
Very nice place. It was clean and it was in a good area. Manger was super nice and the employees extremely helpful.
room was dirty. left over food on floor from prior people. food smears on booklets on desk. needs updating and repairs.
